Hubble Cloud Link
The Hubble Cloudlink is an optional add-on to the Hubble X and AM range of products. As long as the device is connected to Wi-Fi it will store all battery and inverter data to our cloud-server enabling users to remotely monitor their power system. Optimized for on-the-move monitoring, our user-friendly app allows you to track and record real-time and historical data for mission-critical features such as state of charge, inverter load, and PV power.
Due to the high demand from our installers for battery and inverter monitoring over the cloud, in order to keep track of clients’ batteries offsite so that they can maintain, monitor, troubleshoot and ensure smooth operation of installation, we took the initiative to develop the CLOUDLINK and provide it as an optional add on to our lithium battery product range.
The Hubble Cloudlink connects to the Hubble BMS battery through the BMS RS232 port, which enables the device to integrate directly with our BMS and report all statistics and alarms to the cloud for remote monitoring of both the batteries and select inverters.
Additionally the Hubble Cloudlink has its own CAN Bus protocol. This protocol encapsulates 5 different CAN Bus protocols. When you connect the Cloudlink device to a CAN Bus enabled Inverter, the Hubble Cloudlink will automatically detect the correct CAN Bus protocol to use through it’s A.I. (Artificial Intelligence) technology and then enable the best protocol for your inverter.

FAQ
How do I setup the hardware connections between the Hubble Cloudlink and the Inverter ?
It depends on the inverter that you have. The device comes with a CAN cable and a serial cable. Both the battery and the Cloudlink have a CAN port and a serial port (RS232). Some inverters will only have a CAN port and others only a serial port, or both. If your Inverter does not have a CAN port then use the RS232 (Serial) port to connect to the Hubble Cloudlink Serial port. See setup guide for further details.
Why is the red cable not powering the Hubble Cloudlink?
Some Axpert inverters do not have power on their RS232 port, especially the older models. However, most newer models (2021 and up) do have power over their Serial port.
Why am I not seeing my inverter data on the Cloudlink Portal?
The Cloudlink can only upload data to the cloud for monitoring for Voltronic (Axpert) inverters and for Deye/Sunsynk and Victron inverters. To see telemetry for Sunsynk you have to use an additional RS485 cable to connect to the MUL port of the Hubble Cloudlink.
Why is the Cloudlink Portal not picking up 2 or more batteries I have installed?
In order to display all the batteries you have connected – you will need to configure the device for 2 or more batteries. You can do that by putting the Hubble Cloudlink into config mode selecting Device Settings within the menu on your portal dashboard. Adjust the “Number_of_Battery Packs” input option to the amount of batteries you have, for example 3 and press save.
Why can’t I see the “Number_of_Battery Packs” option in Device Settings?
The Cloudlink device can only pick up 2 or more batteries if the S-Port of the Cloudlink is connected to the RS232 of the battery with the serial cable. If the Hubble Cloudlink is connected via CAN to the battery then it can only pick 1 battery as the CAN cable can only communicate a limited amount of data compared to the serial cable.
Why can’t I login to my Cloudlink Portal?
Try clearing your browsing data and then relogging into the portal.
If you still can’t connect please contact our support helpdesk or create a ticket.
For some reason I can’t claim my Hubble Cloudlink device?
If you are having trouble claiming the device, please contact us with your Hubble Cloudlink number and registered email address on the portal, so we can further assist you.
